Lions Gate Hospital Foundation is happy to announce the date for The Village at Park Royal 2nd Annual Bed Races, presented by Craftsman Collision: Saturday, September, 20, 2008. The event will be held at The Village at Park Royal from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Spectators will enjoy watching costumed teams of five race hospital stretchers along a 100-metre course. The event also includes other fantastic entertainment, live music, children's activities and a delicious barbecue.

Proceeds raised will support the purchase of hospital beds, pain management pumps and stretchers for Lions Gate Hospital.
