Board of Directors

Roy was elected to the Board June 11, 1998. He served two, three-year terms:

• chaired the Finance and Audit Committee from 2001 to 2004 serving as the Foundation’s treasurer and member of the Executive Committee
• instrumental in revising the format of the Foundation’s financial statements
• provided counsel and advice relating to CCRA rules and regulations for charities
• provided counsel and advice to the Finance and Audit Committee relating to the Foundation’s investments and setting up the Foundation’s Endowment Fund.
• while treasurer, liaised with the Foundation’s auditors
• attended virtually all Board meetings and Foundation events during his two 3-year terms
