Board of Directors

Ken is a retired corporate finance lawyer and corporate executive. He is a Commissioner of the British Columbia Securities Commission and has served as a director and member of the audit, corporate governance and human resource committees of several public companies, stock exchanges and regulatory agencies.

Ken was President of Family Services of the North Shore and served as a director for 12 years. He has a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Laws from University of British Columbia. Ken and his wife Sigrun have lived on the North Shore since 1965 and have two children and two grandchildren born at Lions Gate Hospital.
