Board of Directors

Joanne is Chair of both the North Shore Hospice Campaign and the Foundation's Gala Dinner and Auction Committee. Until recently, Joanne was Vice Chair of the Whistler Blackcomb Foundation, a position she has held since the Foundation's inception in 1996. She was the Co-Chair of the West Vancouver Memorial Library Capital Campaign and is currently an Honourary Advisory Board member of the West Vancouver Memorial Library Foundation.

Joanne is a former member of Collingwood School's Parent Council and served as a member of the School's Board of Governors for 3 years. She continues her involvement in the School as a member of the Collingwood School Foundation. Joanne was a member of Family Services of the North Shore Board of Directors for 15 years and served as the founding Chair of the Family Services of the North Shore Foundation. Joanne is a teacher by education and taught at West Bay School for 2 years.

Joanne and her husband, Joe, have lived on the North Shore for 35 years and have 3 grown children, all born at Lions Gate Hospital.
