Board of Directors

Clark is the President and Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Integrated Paving Concepts Inc. Previously he served as Senior Vice President, Sales and Distribution for MacMillan Bloedel Ltd. Clark also spent 19 years with IBM in a variety of roles with his last assignment being Vice President and General Manager of IBM in Western Canada.

Over his career, Clark has served on boards of several private and public companies and has been actively involved in the community. He chaired BCIT's capital campaign from 1990 - 1993 which raised over $13M. In addition he was a member of the Cabinet for the United Way. Clark is Co-Vice Chair for the Foundation's Board of Directors and serves on the Executive and Governance Committees.

Clark and his wife, Joan, and their family have resided in West Vancouver since 1990.
